A beach block gem,

The Bradley Breeze is a 1,500+ square foot house on a beach block, one street back from the boardwalk, recently refreshed with new furniture throughout.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep six: a king with its own en-suite bath, a queen, and a twin room with two beds for the kids. The main living room has an oversized sectional and a 75-inch smart TV; a bonus den down the hall adds a second smart TV, a cozy fireplace and a couch of its own, the “hidden gem” more than one guest has called out by name.
The kitchen is built for a full week: a coffee station with a Keurig and a drip maker, whole beans and a grinder, and a six-seat dining table. Window air-conditioning units keep every room cool in summer, and the washer and dryer are in the unit.
And then there’s the porch. Covered and wrapped around the front of the house, with a six-person lounger and a six-person dining table, it’s a block from the ocean with glimpses of the water and sky over the neighboring rooftops. A private back deck with a propane grill handles dinner; the porch is where you’ll actually sit down to eat it.

Avon-by-the-Sea
Bradley Beach's quiet southern neighbor — a half-mile of uncrowded beach, a small-town pavilion, and none of the boardwalk crowds. Good for the morning you want sand without a soundtrack.
Ocean Grove & the Great Auditorium
Bradley Beach's northern neighbor: a Victorian tent-colony town built around a 6,000-seat wooden auditorium with a pipe organ worth hearing. A town so preserved it banned Sunday driving into the 1970s.
Asbury Park & the Boardwalk
Where the night goes. A rebuilt boardwalk, the Stone Pony still booking real shows, and Convention Hall anchoring the north end. Close enough for dinner and a show, far enough that you sleep through the drive back.
Spring Lake
The quiet, upscale one — two miles of non-commercial boardwalk, no arcades or bars on it, a lake with swans, and the kind of front porches people stop to photograph.
Shark River Inlet
Where the Shark River meets the Atlantic, at the Avon/Belmar line. Watch the charter boats run the jetty, walk the inlet path, or just watch the light go down over the water.

Worth knowing before you book
- Everyone in the group must be 25 or older, or accompanied by an adult. This is not a party house and we hold the line on it.
- Maximum six guests. No exceptions, it’s a three-bedroom, two-bath house.
- Off-street parking for two vehicles behind the house, plus free street parking. The driveway is shared access, first-come first-served.
- Cooling is by window A/C units in each room, not central air.
- No pets. A $500 fee applies and immediate departure is required if brought anyway.
- No smoking anywhere in the house.
- Self check-in with your own smart-lock code, any time after 4:00 PM.
- Direct bookings complete a short rental agreement and a $500 refundable card hold before arrival instructions go out.
