The House

A beach block gem,
recently refreshed.

The Bradley Breeze is a 1,500+ square foot house on a beach block, one street back from the boardwalk, recently refreshed with new furniture throughout.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep six: a king with its own en-suite bath, a queen, and a twin room with two beds for the kids. The main living room has an oversized sectional and a 75-inch smart TV; a bonus den down the hall adds a second smart TV, a cozy fireplace and a couch of its own, the “hidden gem” more than one guest has called out by name.

The kitchen is built for a full week: a coffee station with a Keurig and a drip maker, whole beans and a grinder, and a six-seat dining table. Window air-conditioning units keep every room cool in summer, and the washer and dryer are in the unit.

And then there’s the porch. Covered and wrapped around the front of the house, with a six-person lounger and a six-person dining table, it’s a block from the ocean with glimpses of the water and sky over the neighboring rooftops. A private back deck with a propane grill handles dinner; the porch is where you’ll actually sit down to eat it.

What You Get

The things that actually
change the week.

Four beach badges

Bradley Beach requires a seasonal badge to use the guarded beach. Four live in the house, plus six beach chairs and an umbrella, so beach mornings start on the sand, not in a line.

One block to the sand

The boardwalk and ocean are a single block away. Main Street’s restaurants and shops are an easy walk the other direction.

The wraparound porch

Covered, furnished for six to lounge and six to dine, with glimpses of the water over the rooftops. This is where every guest says the trip actually happened.

A bonus den, not just one TV

A second living space with a fireplace, a couch and its own smart TV, so the kids can camp out while the adults keep the main room. More than one guest has called this the “hidden gem.”

A kitchen that’s actually stocked

Keurig and drip coffee, whole beans and a grinder, a six-seat dining table. Guests write about the coffee setup specifically, it’s not an afterthought.

The back deck and grill

A private back deck with a propane grill and seating, separate from the front porch. Dinner happens here, dessert happens out front.

Fully Stocked

Recently refreshed.
Bring a bag.

The house was recently furnished top to bottom, and it’s stocked the way we’d want it if we were the ones arriving: beach chairs, badges, coffee beans and a grinder, and the basics you forget to pack. Sarah put it best: “we really appreciated all the beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach badges and Turkish towels at the house… the kitchen was well stocked with really nice glassware, dinnerware and pots and pans.”

“Wow, what an awesome house! The location is outstanding. Hanging out on the huge front porch on the comfortable couches or eating a meal at the outdoor dining table looking and listening to the waves is so peaceful and pretty. The beach is just steps away. We really appreciated all the beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach badges and Turkish towels at the house. All three bedrooms were very comfy and the linens were great! The kitchen was well stocked with really nice glassware, dinnerware and pots and pans.”

Ms Catherine BradyStayed April 2026

“Cody’s place was fantastic. Incredibly spacious with a bonus living room where our kids set up camp so the adults could have the big living room. The indoor space and wraparound porch were amazing for entertaining and outdoor dining as well. Also very walkable to Main Street with all the restaurants and train station. Would highly recommend this place!”

“John’s place was exactly what we needed for a last-minute getaway at the Jersey Shore. We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the HUGE front porch and had easy access to the boardwalk and main street. Cody was also great and answered any questions we had during our stay.”

What’s Around

A small town,
with big neighbors on both sides.

Bradley Beach sits between Avon-by-the-Sea and Ocean Grove, with Asbury Park and Spring Lake each one town further. Everything below is inside a fifteen-minute drive, and the beach itself is a three-minute walk.

The beach, boardwalk and dune fence at Bradley Beach, New Jersey
1 short block · 3–8 minute walk

Bradley Beach & the Boardwalk

The reason you booked this address. A guarded beach, a boardwalk that runs the length of town, and a Main Street of coffee shops and restaurants a few minutes the other way. Four beach badges and gear are already in the house.

The pavilion at Avon-by-the-Sea, New Jersey
5–10 minute drive · 10–15 minute walk

Avon-by-the-Sea

Bradley Beach's quiet southern neighbor — a half-mile of uncrowded beach, a small-town pavilion, and none of the boardwalk crowds. Good for the morning you want sand without a soundtrack.

Ocean Path Park and the Great Auditorium in Ocean Grove, New Jersey
5–10 minute drive · walkable

Ocean Grove & the Great Auditorium

Bradley Beach's northern neighbor: a Victorian tent-colony town built around a 6,000-seat wooden auditorium with a pipe organ worth hearing. A town so preserved it banned Sunday driving into the 1970s.

The Asbury Park boardwalk, New Jersey
10–15 minute drive

Asbury Park & the Boardwalk

Where the night goes. A rebuilt boardwalk, the Stone Pony still booking real shows, and Convention Hall anchoring the north end. Close enough for dinner and a show, far enough that you sleep through the drive back.

The south end pavilion and beach at Spring Lake, New Jersey
10–15 minute drive

Spring Lake

The quiet, upscale one — two miles of non-commercial boardwalk, no arcades or bars on it, a lake with swans, and the kind of front porches people stop to photograph.

Shark River Inlet where the river meets the Atlantic Ocean, near Avon-by-the-Sea, New Jersey
10–15 minute drive

Shark River Inlet

Where the Shark River meets the Atlantic, at the Avon/Belmar line. Watch the charter boats run the jetty, walk the inlet path, or just watch the light go down over the water.

The Bradley Breeze is managed day to day by Endless Stays, so the message you send at eleven at night gets answered by someone who actually knows the house, not a call center reading a script. Guests consistently name the team’s responsiveness in their reviews: Jasen called check-in “easy,” Franceen called the host “terrific and incredibly responsive,” and more than one review names both Cody and John as the ones who answered their questions. Bradley Beach is one of our home markets, so if you want to know where to grab coffee before the beach, just ask.
