We’re Cody and Alexandra. We host nine vacation homes at the Jersey Shore, in the Smoky Mountains, the Shenandoah Valley and on the Gulf Coast, and we still pick up the phone ourselves.
Meet Cody & Alexandra
Cody has lived in New Jersey his whole life, between Ocean and Monmouth County. He’s a licensed CPA and spent years in finance before buying his first shore rental and hosting it himself in 2019.
That background still shapes how we run things. Pricing, expenses and owner statements all get a CPA’s review.
Alexandra leads the guest experience. She’s often the person answering your messages before, during and after your stay, and she keeps a close eye on the details guests notice.
As the reviews added up, other homeowners asked if we would run their houses too. Today some of the homes on this site are ours, and the rest belong to owners who hired us to manage them.
We keep the portfolio small on purpose. We know each house and the local cleaners and handymen who take care of it, and when you call, one of us answers.
