Renovated inside.
Resort all around it.
The Regency Breeze is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 7th floor of Regency Towers — freshly renovated, with coastal decor throughout and a private balcony looking out over the Gulf and the pool deck below.
Three bedrooms sleep the group: two kings, a twin-over-twin bunk room the kids will actually fight over, and a queen sofa bed in the living room for two more. Two full bathrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and a kitchen stocked for real cooking — Keurig, air fryer, Instant Pot, a full-size fridge and dishwasher.
The living area opens onto the balcony through sliding doors, and every bedroom has its own Smart TV. There’s a dedicated desk with high-speed WiFi if anyone needs to check in with work for twenty minutes, and a coffee bar with dark and medium roast waiting for the first morning.
Downstairs, Regency Towers runs its own small resort: three pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, an arcade room, a billiards room, tennis and shuffleboard courts, and The Sandbar for food and drinks steps from the water. You don’t leave the property until you want to.
Sunset from the balcony — the view that sells the whole stay.
The things that actually
change the trip.
Three pools, one hot tub
Two saltwater pools (one heated in cooler months), a kids’ wading pool, and a hot tub — all shared building amenities included with your stay, no day pass to buy.
Right on the Gulf
Regency Towers sits directly on the beach. Walk down from the pool deck and you’re on the sand — no road to cross, no parking to find.
The balcony
Your own private balcony with Gulf and pool views — morning coffee, evening wine, and the view that sold you on this condo in the first place.
Downstairs, a mini resort
Fitness center, arcade room, billiards room, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a picnic pavilion with grills, and The Sandbar for food and drinks by the water.
A kitchen you’d actually cook in
Full fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, air fryer and Instant Pot. Coffee bar stocked with dark and medium roast. Guests write about this specifically.
Ready for the little ones
Pack ‘n play, high chair and board games are already in the condo — and the bunk room’s palm-mural walls are half the reason kids stop asking “are we there yet.”
Bring a swimsuit.
That’s about it.
The condo is stocked the way we’d want it arriving after a long drive — shampoo, soap, dental and shaving kits in both bathrooms, a Pack ‘n Play, board games, and a coffee bar ready to go. Past guests have called out the welcome gifts and beach gear waiting when they walked in.
+ boat trailer storage on-site · central air & heat · all pools/hot tub/gym/arcade/billiards are shared BUILDING amenities, not unit-exclusive
Three bedrooms.
Room for eight.
Two kings, a twin-over-twin bunk room, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Every bed has fresh linens, and there are two full bathrooms for the group.

1 King bed
King bed, its own balcony access, and a desk if anyone needs to check email for ten minutes.

1 King bed
The second king, quieter and further from the living area — the one to claim if you want to sleep in.

1 Bunk bed (sleeps 2)
The bunk room, painted for kids and built for them too — a safety-rated weight limit sign right on the ladder.

1 Sofa bed
Pulls out to sleep two more, right off the kitchen — so guests 7 and 8 aren't tucked in a back room.

“Our family had the best time at Cody’s place in PCB. The Regency Towers location right on the beach is hard to beat, we enjoyed having such easy access to the beach and the pools. Cody and his team were so responsive and we really appreciated the welcome amenities/gifts they provided.”
“We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! The property was beautiful, clean, and just a short walk from the beach. Cody and staff truly went above and beyond with thoughtful touches, including a basket of snacks, a welcome gift bag, and folding chairs.”
“Highly recommend! Place was everything! Kitchen was fully equipped! Rooms were clean! Enjoyed our stay right on the beach! Will definitely rent this place again! Satisfied for sure!”
“Cody and Sophia were phenomenal to work with. They made their place feel like home and all of the added extra touches were so kind and thoughtful. Thank you all so much for making our family vacation even more memorable.”
“Cody was very nice and always responsive to our questions! The place was very clean and looked like the photos! I would definitely stay at another one of his properties.”
“Absolutely loved!!!”
Panama City Beach,
and everything near it.
St. Andrews State Park and Pier Park are both close, and the rest of the Emerald Coast — from Frank Brown Park to Seaside on 30A — is within an easy drive.
St. Andrews State Park
1,200 acres of jetties, sugar-white sand and some of the clearest water on this stretch of coast — locals will tell you it beats the main beach. It's also the ferry launch point for Shell Island, seven undeveloped miles of barrier island reachable only by boat.
Pier Park
The Gulf-front outdoor shopping and dining complex that anchors PCB's main strip — Margaritaville, a movie theater, and enough restaurants that nobody in the group has to compromise. Aaron Bessant Park's amphitheater and the 1,500-foot Russell-Fields City Pier both sit right across the street.
Frank Brown Park
A 200-acre recreation complex with ballfields, tennis, playgrounds and a youth fishing pond — the place locals actually use, not just the postcard beach. A good rainy-morning or restless-kid option that isn't the sand.
Camp Helen State Park
A National Register of Historic Places site west of PCB, wedged between the Gulf and Lake Powell — one of Florida's largest coastal dune lakes. A 1930s company lodge, quiet trails, and none of the crowds of the main strip.
Downtown Panama City
Across St. Andrews Bay from the beach strip — a working waterfront town with its own marina, a historic downtown, and a slower pace than the tourist corridor. Good for a dinner that isn't beach-crowd pricing.
Seaside
The famous New Urbanist beach town on 30A — the filming location for The Truman Show, all pastel cottages and walkable streets. Worth the drive for an afternoon, especially paired with the rest of the 30A corridor on the way.
Managed by Cody, Claudia & the team
“This condo is Claudia’s, and Endless Stays manages it day to day — which means when you message, you get a person who actually knows the building, not a call center reading from a script. We stock it with the beach gear, the coffee, the kids’ games, the welcome basket — the things you’d want waiting for you after a long drive. If a fan breaks or a bulb burns out mid-stay, we fix it the same day. That’s the whole pitch.”
