A Family Business, Run Like One

Endless Stays was founded at the Jersey Shore in 2019. Cody has lived in New Jersey his whole life, between Ocean and Monmouth County, and came to hosting the long way around: a licensed CPA who spent years in finance before falling in love with real estate. He bought his first shore rental, ran it himself, and managed it with the same discipline he brought to the books — systems-first, revenue-focused, every dollar accounted for.

Alexandra leads the guest side. She is the reason a stay feels cared for, from the first message to the small touches that turn a one-time booking into a family that comes back every summer. For her, hospitality is personal, and it shows in our reviews.

Guests noticed. So did the people who own homes here. Providing stays guests genuinely love has earned us a privilege we don’t take lightly: homeowners who trust us to bring their houses into the portfolio and have them cared for the way we care for our own. Some of the homes on this site are ours. The rest belong to owners who wanted them run the same way.

Between the two of us, we cover both halves of a great stay: the numbers that make a property perform, and the care that makes guests want to return. We run a small, hands-on portfolio on purpose. We answer our own phone, we know every home, and we would rather run a handful of properties exceptionally than a long list of them thinly.
